| Shoulder didn't hurt, but I swam reserved. Mostly 50m distances, firm swiming, partly legs only. I have been quite week, because of my poor nutrition habits lately. Anyway - being able to swim with no problems is a great improvement. |

| Warming up carefully before the race. After 50 meters of slow jog I felt extensive pain in my right knee ... Which is funny is that this was sort of different pain - not the one I felt after my knee impact ... After a few stretches and repeating this cycle for a few times, I was sort of good. |

| An interesting night-park-o. Mistakes: 10" to 2., 10" to 3., 5" to 6., 10" to 8. (I was confused), 15" to 11. (I didnt se the control on the tree), 2' to 14. (ran 3 times past control), 10" to 15. (mixed up the control with 7), 5" to 19. (thought it was on the corner). 3:05 of mistakes. Quite bad. Besides running was not very good. |

| Bought my mom a home trainer bicycle. Tried it myself, of course. Looks pretty nice. I can cycle with no problem. That's good. Maybe I could do MTB-O instead of Pre-O. ;) |

| Thought of having an easy walk with injured knee ... I started by easy jogging ... It went on smooth ... So - I continued throughout the race in the easy tempo. I walked a few downhills not to put too much pressure on my knee ... And else I have been running easily.
Race was held on the new map of Gropada. Course setting was "promotional" with some trivial running distances. Otherwise fast, nice race. Most of the control have been set on Italian side, 2 of them have been on border stones and one has been set on slovenian teritory. Interesting.
