Night run on the standard lap. I went slow with one acceleration interval of 0.6km. I felt my knees, but they hold on better than the last time.

The usual lap. Original plan was to make 2, but my knee started to hurt after any acceleration I made. It was lovely to start, I felt strong, but Ljubljana really stinks tonight.

Rerun of the Bohinj lake run after a night with no sleep and morning, filled by my lecture on Public Relations and Crisis Management in Non-profit organisations. Damn, am I important. ;)

I ran with Tine (Radinja). We started really slow and then accelerated a bit in the end.

The ran weared me out, although I could easily run around 55 or better with no special efforts.

Anderluh: 45', Jazbar 48' one week before. ;)

Bohinjski 3-kotnik. I felt the general features of the map greatly but I had very serious problems on the microlevel. Mostly I had a tail on the course, which seems to bother me. Made 3 major stupid booms.

Posavje mountain ultra marathon - short category.

I started great - leading the non-orienteer group to the road (everybody else missed the direction). On the road people started to overtake me. A group of 5 people got ahead. To the first CP I was on the 6th position. Then I ran alone, with people probably slightly ahead of me. I was slow, it was hot, I was tired from mountaineering on Thursday and even from yesterdays recovery run, I didn't eat well previous days. I managed to get to the CP2 normaly with a slight mistake, which didn't take much time. Then I made a lovely leg through the forrest. I noticed that I ran all the offroad legs in an orienteering manner with a lot of power. Nice.CP3 was up the hill. I have seen 4th and 5th competitor at the moment at the bottom of the hill. Up I went slowly, with no power, but again pulled out an orienteering trick or two and got a bit ahead. I am not sure, when I overtook places 4, 5. Competitor on 5th place got lost somehow. I caught number 4 before the CP4 and number 2 and 3 on the ticky part near the roads. We have been together 2-5 for a while, 5th guy got cramps and went slowly on. I was phyisically the weakest of the three. So I took another routechoice to the finish. I think it was better if I'd have power. But ... I got to the finish line 2 minutes after 2nd and 1 minute after 3rd place.

Interesting race. Not really as interesting as orienteering, but something to look forward to once in a while.

Good sponsors, nice organisation. Bojan did a great course setting with 4 controls on 15km of direct distance.
