Orienteering race 47:57 [4] *** 6.4 km (7:30 / km) +40m 7:16 / km
ahr:179 max:199 spiked:15/15c shoes: New Balance 765
I am not in my best running shape by the end of the season, since my training has been quite disturbed in last few weeks due to some injuries and some illness. Anyway - I am quite satisfied with my race in Venice.

I always run HB category by the end of the season to compare, how good am I. I broke my last year's time per km by 1 minute. I did 1:30 of mistakes - mainly these were mistakes where in technical part I have been just standing still and checking the map ...

I felt great running. Very strong. I could accelerate some fast parts really well. Also to the finish I rand quite fast.

I was 30th, 7:30 behind the winner and big congestion of runners around my time. This sounds like it could be beatable with some more training, no mistakes and starting early (when the streets are a bit more empty).

I made 9.03 km in the whole race, which means 5:13 per kilometer. Not too special, but OK. In year 2005 I ran 9.750m; with 5:42 per kilometer (but I was 14 minutes behind - this year only 7)!

Rerun of the track without the map ... I made the same mistake (I went too much to the left on the route to 8th CP) again ... Funny ... Checked some map details and a few mistakes.
Running 10:00 [2]

Warm up before the race.

Wednesday Nov 8

Running 51:25 [5] 10 km (5:08 / km) +291m 4:29 / km
ahr:179 max:197 shoes: New Balance 765
Ok ... Resting time is over ... New cycle of training beginns. I am a few days short, but those days have been spent good. Today seems to be the day of action. Nice feeling.

I made a training on Ro~nik with Andra~ and Daniel ... They made an easy jog in the evening ... For me it was pretty hard to keep up with the pace ...

I have seen that my shape is dropping ... From the end of September, when I got ill, then had some problems with my hips ...
