| My cold knee hurt like hell on the way to the start. I started with some warm up and stretching and it was better. I started reserved and not very competitive. I also had a slight disadvantage with normal shoes on very slippery slopes. Technically:
- slight hesitation to 3rd (got already overtaken by Jure), 5" - 4th - bad route choice (didnt see the contours), similar to 5th5, 30" - 6th hesitation, then bad route choice, 1' - 7th came too low, 10" - 8th stopped too early, 10" - 10th, expected control too early, 5" - 11th hidden control, 10" - 12th, 5" Together: 2'15" of mistakes. Tolerable. I felt my knee throughout the race, ran reserved on the last running part, nevertheless, I finished OK. I can still feel pain in the knee, but ... It's a bit better than the last time. | After a while ... running again. Went carefully, watching my knee ... Beginning was OK, after 2.4km I started to feel my knee ... Went on even more slowly, watching my steps. Felt my right leg tighten in the knee and ankle ... I still need to be really careful. But I finished OK.
I had to shorten my lap. | ||
