Some easy warm up ... More for not getting cold. :)
Orienteering race 30:36 [3] *** 3.3 km (9:16 / km) +120m 7:51 / km

Thought of having an easy walk with injured knee ... I started by easy jogging ... It went on smooth ... So - I continued throughout the race in the easy tempo. I walked a few downhills not to put too much pressure on my knee ... And else I have been running easily.

Race was held on the new map of Gropada. Course setting was "promotional" with some trivial running distances. Otherwise fast, nice race. Most of the control have been set on Italian side, 2 of them have been on border stones and one has been set on slovenian teritory. Interesting.

Swimming in the evening. Quite full. My shoulder started to hurt, I should warm up better. Finished early.

Monday Dec 31

Swimming again ... Felt my muscles from yesterday. Got really comfortable after one hour and 1.5km ...
Swimming 50:00 [4] 1.5 km (33:20 / km)
Swimming 1km in 25 minutes, then made for 250m of sprints with some rests and finished with some easy swimming.
