Easy tempo. Much simpler to run then 2 days ago. An old injury of the back (some extra lipid tissue on my lower back is causing pressure and pain) is starting to get more serious, but - I guess this is only pain. ;) So, that we can manage. :) I have to go to the procedure to get it removed ... Once.

Anyway - slow is good so far.

Went for a run ... After a really long time. I suck. I hardly managed the easy tempo. I ran my standard PST lap.

I felt pain in right hip. Knees have been OK.

A bit longer session in the pool. Felt pretty homey in the water. ;)
