Short warm up, I have been exhausted and sore from yesterday. I felt my knee, my back hurts amazingly again ... :)

I ran M35 Short course today. I have really been exhausted. Technically I was better then yesterday, but I still made for around 5 or even more minutes of mistakes. Elite course has been interesting enough - at least in the first part, so - maybe I could finish that one too, but ... I am quite satisfied, that I ran the short course. :)

Another long elite course. I used 2 power gels in between. Made for around 30 minutes of mistakes, but still ... I would have been lousy anyway. :(

National Trail-O league. Made one mistake due to bad knowledge of rules, one mistake because I was not careful and one mistake, which might not have been a mistake but mistake of course setter. But ...

Disastrous race. :) My first mispunch ever. ;)

Started with some adrenalin - very insecure. I had some tasks with the organiser which is never helpful. Started well, felt pretty OK. Some club mates have been cheering. After that I accelerated and soon found out I was out of energy. I felt my heart bumping really hard. I had to stop. I have never hed such troubles on the course. After that I felt my full stomach (I ate 3 hours prior to the race, hummm) and had to stop. I had this lousy tempo for a few controls. Then went on OK. In the forrest I forgot to follow my compas, I had no idea about the scale ... I totally missed controls 16 and 18. Disaster. After that I hardly managed to the finish.

Besides - organiser put controls 34 and 54, 35 and 55 close together and ... I punched 34 instead of 54 and 34 instead of 55. Shitty.
