Looks like I really am faster as I used to be - less work to be done :). I ran normal tempo today and finished 2:30 before I thought I would. I measured my lap the first time after a while.

Now, this was fast. I shouldn't do that but I couldn't help myself. I started relatively fast and then made quite some intervals on my standard lap. It felt great. I felt my knee in the beginning but not at the end.
