Stretching.
Running 1:30:00 [3] 9.8 km (9:11 / km) +200m 8:20 / km
shoes: Nike Air Zoom Skylon
Running from camp to waterfall Rinka in Logarska dolina. Partly quite slow, partly faster, partly walking. In the end I made the 800m "sprint" up to the waterfall. Walking back to the parking. With Tina most of the way.

Faster on the way back - from parking to the camp. It was downhill with some climbs. Partly on gravel partly on wood path. Really nice scenery. I fell - not seeing the wires across the path near the end of the run.

Hiking to Strelovec above Logarska dolina. Partly on the path, partly off road. Pretty dangerous.

Same lap as yesterday, but a bit slower. Original plan was to maybe make a couple of laps, but I felt my knee after 3km and finished early. Tomorrow there is another training in the morning.
