Začnem precej utrujeno in nemotivirano, potem pa kar nekako pritisnem in večji del vzdržujem tempo okrog 5:00, proti koncu intervala pospešim celo nekje na 4:30 po nekih stezicah in je super občutek. Na polovici naredim postanek, potem pa malo manj motivirano nazaj. Na koncu stisnem še zadnji interval v klanec. Zadovoljen s tekom.
