Just felt terrible, all day. Wanted this to be a 34 miler, but cut it short once I got back to the car. Took me 1:59 to get to the summit, as opposed to 1:53 a couple of weeks ago. I felt a little better getting to North Peak and down to Mitchell Canyon, but on my way back I put in a 22 minute mile on Back Creek trail. Just terrible.

Western States training run #1, from Green Gate to the finish. Quads took a bit of a beating, but ran fairly fast I thought. Almost all of it was actually runnable. My left foot (achilles, foot) was bothering me during the run though. I hope that's not going to be chronic.
