So this was annoying - I had wanted to tag the summit and North Peak, but due to the drought, water was shut off at Rock City. I turned back and added on my usual loop for a total of 21 miles (not 30 as planned).

Tempo run - held back a tiny bit considering my pull/strain from the previous week. Good run though. 2 mile warm up, then 6:40, 6:23, 6:22, 6:18, 6:19, 1 mile cool down.
