Few lazy laps of the cam. Felt good.

Nice swim after paddle. Liking water temp at the moment

Hockey ground to romaine , 3 laps of reserve and return. Very warm felt a little sluggish

Ride to Wivenhoe and return. Dip damp out

Swimming 20:00 [3] 0.7 km (28:34 / km)

Morning swim in cam. Boat ramp to bridge and return. Only a minutes rest at bridge. Pretty happy with that
6 PM

excersice circuit 1:15:00 [3]

Ride to boot camp , hour session in the bush , boxing , running and tyre and rope drags. Good fun session. Ride home (4km ride all up)

Bit of a guesstimate on time and distance forgot my watch. Lap of cam up past weir then out to sea along coast. Finished off with little swim. Super morning

Swim in cam. Improving. Nice clear and warm water

5 Montgomery repeats. First one felt sluggish but felt ok from then on. Good times had by all !!!
