Started Roman Candle Tuesday this week. Gonna be lots of night work for a while til my day jobs wrap up--Huge freaking job...tile everywhere...bigger than Ava Gene's. Training will be hit and miss. Probably gonna need to be short intense stuff when I can fit stuff in. Need to keep sleep as quality as possible while working so much.

Easy cruiser. Cup of coffee and out the door. Up to pittock, home from archery field. Felt a bit dragged on some of the climbs, but overall good energy.
1.25 warm up to park. Mile repeats with 400m rest. Goal was to do sub 6s until fail. 5:5xs for 5, 6:02 for sixth...long cool down home. Felt pretty good. No GPS, just watch, so going by feel. Good energy for a fasted workout.

Easy bluff. Legs felt resistant until about an hour in, then they perked up. Finished ready to go! 41/39.
