Lower Saltzman gate--maze of up and down trails, mostly runnable stuff, but total bushwhacking in places. Felt really good. Climbed strong and was crushing some of the downhills hard...fun times.

Stopped with Ruth after dinner at this place she heard about--Happy Feet Reflexology. Thought it was a foot massage, but ended up being a full hour full-body thing. Good stuff. $20. Sweet karaoke next door.
