Great run! Wasn't planning on getting out...getting ready for the trip...but with not getting out this weekend (work) my grouchy-ness had Ruth wanting me to get my head on. Glad she did.
Started easy, but my body just kept wanting to pick up the pace (for me right now). Effortless 6:45s out, and a negative return that was work by the end.
Won't get out tomorrow, brutal 24+ hour travel day Wednesday. Next entry should be from Kathmandu!

Councils crest. Felt kind of crappy all day...been messing around with a ketogenic diet all week...wasn't expecting much. Grabbed a handful of Halloween candy and a gel (carbs!) and that perked things up. Had pretty good energy. Felt good to move.

Not a lot of pep. Felt super slow and without any ability to kick it up at all. Just is what it is right now.
Was nice to put done miles in the 101s--been a bit.

Back at it. Felt great--first couple miles. Then it was a push to keep moving, but not in a bad way. Left knee had some pains, and I was bonky the last 5 miles or so, but it was awesome to finally get out again. Definitely near the bottom of the ladder after 6 weeks almost completely off...only going to get fitter.
