BB to pittock, over to zoo, up to fairview, home thru WP. Kept it very controlled as not sure how knee would hold up. Felt really good other than for about a mile just before and after the bridge heading home. Sure hope it holds up next weekend.

SJB/BB loop via wildwood. Goddamn knee acting up last 10 or so. Anytime I tried to pick up the pace and lengthen my stride, or was running downhill, it wanted to buckle a bit. Frustrating. Got to get that figured out.

Out SJB up springville to wildwood, over to water and down to Leif. Leif to Thurman, home via BB looking at a couple houses on the way. BPC before I left, no fuel during. Energy good. Left knee bothersome at times.

Real slow. Hips, knees, and ass hurt at various points on both sides at random. Sure it is from the driving. As soon as one thing worked itself out, something else seemed to start barking. Oh well, good run.
