Another logging road adventure with Trevor. Felt fatigued, but had a good time. Great training grounds out there...just have to find the perfect route.

Run 1:03:15 [3] 10.0 mi (6:20 / mi)
shoes: Hoka Stinson B

Sunny bluff jaunt. Didn't have the gps for much of it (Ruth used it this mornIng and the batteries were low), so just ran on feel. Good headwind on the way back, but still slightly (barely) negatived it. 31:40/31:35

Treadmill 50:00 [4] 4.17 mi (11:59 / mi) +2850ft 7:17 / mi

Yet again...almost. Cramped on time.
11 PM

Run 1:29:45 [3] 12.6 mi (7:07 / mi) +1250ft 6:31 / mi
shoes: Hoka Stinson EVO

Council crest run. Felt really good on the way up--smooth, steady and relaxed (47). Felt Ok on the down, and bonked with about 3.5 to go--weak and hungry. Nothing with me. Got it done, but I'm cooked.

Run 1:36:30 [3] 13.5 mi (7:09 / mi) +1250ft 6:34 / mi
shoes: Hoka Stinson B

Lower saltzman gate > maple > wildwood > trillium > springville > Leif > north to 11 > south to saltzman > back to lower gate. Very wet and really cold. Felt pretty good, just awful conditions.

Treadmill 1:00:00 [4] 5.0 mi (12:00 / mi) +3500ft 7:13 / mi

Same as yesterday. This is a killer. The last 10-15 minutes are brutal. Going to try to make this a regular thing.

Treadmill 1:00:00 [4] 5.0 mi (12:00 / mi) +3500ft 7:13 / mi

Dishman. Set the incline to 15 and the speed to 12 min pace.
Pretty tough by the end. Sweatstorm. Guessing this equates to about 3500 of vert in 5 miles if you calculate it at 13% grade (assuming 2% is equivalent to outside level), but considering I didn't actually go anywhere I'm not sure how to log it...
