Lots of upper body, and leg work to try to isolate any imbalances/weaknesses that might be affecting my knee...eem to have a very tender/painful medial quad muscle on the left leg. Makes sense.

Aspen up to around mile 10 on ww, down dogwood to Leif back to truck. Really pushed the pace at times. Knee still funky:(
