Upper springville gate down to ridge stairs and back up. Ran pretty hard. Only one fall:) wore the old crosslites--felt good.

CC. Steady. Legs feel good. Knee is solid. Too little, too late for next weekend, but looking forward to that sausage maker course.

Standard Council Crest. Felt great to get out and run! Knee was not an issue, but was in my head the whole time.. (2 in a row!)
Really only have one gear right now, legs feel slow on the turnover front.
