Long run. Aerobic from the house, up Tahquitz view and over the south ridge onto May Valley. Through Johnson Meadow and down Keen Camp to Hurkey. Refilled bottles and headed back.

Trying to drink more, I think it worked, but I ran out with about 30 minutes left. Went through 80 oz, but pretty sure I needed 90. Maybe carry a 3rd soft flask in the pack for the return trip? Go to a hydration bladder for long runs?

Otherwise felt ok. Ran the whole thing, only walking to drink or to keep the HR down.
