Warmed up for 5 @ 3.3 MPH, then jogged 10 @ 6.0. Had 8 x 1000 planned on :30 rest (8.6 MPH), but knew by interval #2 I didn't have it and need more rest so phoned it in. Still recovering from Saturday (SORE) and plenty of time before toeing the line this year.
