Aerobic on the TT bike in the trainer before heading in to work. Warmed up for 15, then 2 x (2 mins on, 2 recovery), then 3 on, 3 off, then one 6 min interval. Cooled down to make it 40 mins total. Fighting some kind of cold bug so VERY run down with the added stress of the music festival schedule.
