Run 1:28:51 [3] 6.41 mi (13:52 / mi) +568ft 12:47 / mi

Easy from the house, through the couny park, out Toll Gate to the Hub Trails and then back. Right hip is blown. I'm trying to see if I can re-hab it, but there's a good chance that my season is ovah. Bummed, but shit happens.

Walked it in from 4 miles.

Friday Oct 14 #

Run 36:31 [3] 3.71 mi (9:51 / mi) +327ft 9:05 / mi

Easy from the house, through the County Park and then out and back on Toll Gate.

Easy effort. Left leg is better, but the right hip is still fairly angry. Keeping up on rolling and stretchin, but wearing the duty belt all day isn't helping.

Up every 2 hours all night with H taking the pup out to pee. TIRED. Campgrounds are full again this weekend. *sigh*

Holly decided we needed a we go one. SIGH. 8 weeks old, crate training so howls every two hours. WHYYYYY????

Wednesday Oct 12 #

Run 36:21 [3] 3.73 mi (9:45 / mi) +313ft 9:02 / mi

Easy from the house, through the county campground and then out and back on Toll Gate.

Tight spots are better, going to keep up with rolling and stretching. HR still spikes really easily; prob running a bit quick on the hills thanks to the fresh legs.

Sending the e-mail today to see if I can pick H's Chimera 100k entry.

Tuesday Oct 11 #

Run 32:08 [3] 3.21 mi (10:01 / mi) +170ft 9:32 / mi

Easy on the 'mill at home after a full day in Palm Desert shopping, doing the DMV thing, etc. Last 2 days off was a combo of injury prevention, and the pack team BS.

Walked 2 to start (18:10), then jogged 10 (8:41).

Repeat to reach 30 mins, then 2 min auto cool down.

Left leg is a tight lateral hamstring. Finally got it figured out and rolled out and MUCH better. Right glute now tight, but that's chronic. On it.

Edit: high HR from last few runs was a secondary infection after the antibiotics for my throat. It's clearing up on it's own.
