Um...yeah. So I really tweaked myself this past fall; couldn't walk without limping, couldn't stand on my right leg to put pants on, that kind of tweaked. Took a lot of time off to let things heal up before I tried anything resembling a workout. Plenty of winter work got done (chopping, hiking, moving stuffin the attic) and once I got through those tasks pain free, I figured I could start slowly and see where I am.
Fat. I'm fat.
On the 'mill. Walked 5 to start, jogged 5, walked 1. Jogging at 10 min pace, walking at 18:20. Some niggles, but I think it's just residual. Up to the tram today. Blecch.
