This was a full 12 miles, but the Garmin quit at 8.47. My fault for not charging it. Total time, distance and TSS is based on the last time I did this.

Same nutrition plan: water only to 1:20, then one gel to get me home. Nice and cool.

Struggling with motivation, sleeping like crap: waking up after about 2 hours, then again at 0430 and taking 30-60 minutes to get back down and no idea what the problem is.

Aerobic from the house, through the county campground, down Toll Gate to Estate and back. Mellow miles, but HOT and tired from yesterday. HR got a lot high coming back up the hill in the heat. Walked 5 to warm up and cool down.

Just a shakeout, planter boxes on tap if i can get 4 x 4's to my house in a Fiesta.
