Easy-mod MTB ride from the house and around the Hub trails. Was trying to keep this close to an hour, but guessed wrong as usual. Made it home just as G was getting up from his nap so didn't catch too much grief for it.

Time is a total guess. Crammed this in during nap time while fending off doggie kisses.

Walking lunges - 8 lb ball
Suspension trainer rows

Planned 4 x 15 sets each, but failing early on all. Want to join the gym up here, but about 15 mins drive one way for $40 a month, second kid on the way so holding off until after Z-Day.

Quick one on the local trails while G napped. Out to The Hub, silver crags, bear trap down split rock to bottomator and back to the Hub. Riding by feel, idea is to build as much fitness as I can before Z day and see what I can hang on to for the fall.

Easy trainer spin after a full day of running errands down the hill. Pool stop as always for G.

Rode easy for 15 mins, then 15 mins at 180, followed by 15 mins easy.
