crunches
back raises
hamstring curls
hip press ups (fail)

Weighted lunges -> medicine ball squats
push ups

Suspension Trainer:
rows
roll outs (fail)

Goal was 4 x 12 mins all, but failed on quite a few. This will pay off.

Mod long ride from the house, over Southridge to May Valley. Through Johnson Meadow and a bit up the climb before flipping it. Back via Log Pile and Sunset.
