MTB 1:10:02 [3] 10.5 mi (9.0 mph) +1575ft

Easy - mod MTB out at the Hub Trails. Cooler, but more humid. Stopped for a few secs to help a couple lost guys from Murrietta. Legs and body are tired, just focused on getting out the door and getting it done.

Silver Crags, Bear Trap, split Rock loop. Added short Grotto loop.

MTB 2:22:11 [3] 18.1 mi (7.6 mph) +2964ft

Long ride. From the house, up and over Southridge to May Valley. Johnson Meadow and started up toward Keen Summit before I flipped it. Log Pile up and Sunrise down.

HR sky high, legs NOT having it. Combination of over a week off and then having a newborn will do that to you.

Brother Steve wants to do Santa Rosa 70.3 next year. Vineman was always on my list of "to do" races (even though it's not the same, it's close) and what better excuse than racing with your brother. I have to sweet talk H into letting me do it and then figure out where I'm going to swim up here.

Exciting! Would def. get a Stages on the TT bike and go balls out training for it. Sibling rivalries are fun!

Swiss ball and suspension trainer. The usual, still on 4 sets of 15 and reaching failure before then.

Road Bike (Trainer) 45:00 [3]

Nap timw trainer session. 10 warm up, 5 x 3 mins CP 5 with 3 min recoveries. About 260 for first 2-ish sets and then came unglued.

Swiss ball, suspension trainer session. Big bouncy ball + toddler = less than ideal.
