Long ride. From the house, up and over southridge, down into May Valley, then Johnson meadow, Keen Camp and Hurkey. Watered up and flipped it, back up May Valley, Log Pile and Sunset.

Humid and BUGGY thanks to the recent rains. Trails are nice and tacky. Almost went head on into a cow. Those things are BIG close up.

Good ride. Pretty trashed the last hour.

T storm forecast for today rolled through last night. Planning on busting out the SS today to get ready for the Enduro 10/28. Last big weekend before an unload; the good news is that Z is back up to birth weight and he sleeps 4 hours at a stretch, unlike his big brother who still sleeps like crap.

Road Bike 1:11:11 [3] 18.7 mi (15.8 mph)

MIL didn't make it until almost 3 and raining strong by that point so onto the trainer again.

Warmed up for 15, then 2 x 20 sweet spot with 5 min recoveries. Goal was 227-240, but 213 avg for first set going off HR max of 176. Cooled down for 15 to finish.

Figuring it out, getting it done.

Nap time session got killed. Z wouldn't go down and G got up early. MIL can't make it until Saturday.

VO2 max intervals on the trainer. Warmed up for 15 minutes, then 3 mins at 260 goal with 5 min recoveries. Cooled down to make it an hour. Tired from Zach-attack, but getting it done.

Nap time trainer session.

Warmed up x 15 mins, then 30 mins tempo by HR and then 15 mins cool down.

AHR: 164 @ 173W

Weak, but that's expected. Working up to an FTP test next unload, and working on where to do it on the road.
