Spent the morning wrangling the boys so Holly could run the Palm Desert 1/2 with Catherine. Then more waiting while she packed up since I was heading to Ventura all week for work and she was heading to her Mom's for 'help' *eye roll*.

Out at the Hub, up Silver Crags to Split Rock and back down. Just running out the frustration before driving the 4 hours to Ventura.

Walked 5, then jogged 10 to warm up. Plan was for 16 x 400 on :30 rest, but I lost count and wound up doing 19. Had plenty of legs so NBD. Still figuring out exactly how to do speedwork on a treadmill.
