Late night at work, not of until 2300, home by midnight and then back to work by 0900. Wrecked.

Work PT. Walked 5 and jogged 10 to warm up, then 8 x 3 mins (800?) with :60 walking recoveries. Walked to cool down.

Hot and dry at the lake,

Run at the lake after working Big Rock Tri in the morning. This would be a cool race ìf the director wasn't a burned out surfer.

From the office, down the beach to the east end of Moreno Beach and back.
