Easy trainer ride on the TT bike. Took a bit to swap crank arms and get the Stages and Garmin set up, but just working on getting back into the rhythm of everything.

Got everything set up and made the pedals go 'round. Vuelta on the big screen.

Moderately easy MTB ride out on the hub trails. Fire burned right up to Toll Gate road with the school on the other side. They came so close to losing the arts HS and the entire town. Whoa.

Some trespassing signs, orange fencing and caution tape up at the school property line. Lame.

Stroller jog with H and the boys. They're heavy and town streets are steep. Nice to get out without tine/effort goals.

Aerobic from the office and out and back on the dam. Nice, cool morning...dare I say fall-ish?

Trying to get back into shape. G starts pre on Tuesday, 3 days a week for 1/2 days. Z is a bit more independent so I'm cautiously optimistic I can toe the line at few races next year.

Open water at work. Out and backs to the buoy line about 4 times. In the sleeveless wetsuit, then added fins after the first set due to fatigue from yesterday's paddle. No plan right now other than work frequency and "get un-fat".

work paddle from Point 6 to the ADA dock, one swim lap around the dock and then paddle back. The lake is FINALLY starting to slow down. Then it's into music festival season and a whole different brand of chaos.
