Road Bike 18:12 [3]

Aerobic trainer ride. Took a few minutes and got the garage TV and chrome cast all set up. Still need to bolt the arms on the treadmill, but at least I can stream while I'm on the trainer or treadmill. Last house, I was stuck staring at my phone or H's laptop.

Easy hike on Ernie Maxwell with the Zach pack while H ran with Catherine and Willow dog. Zach passed out after the 1/2 way mark.

Easy long run with H and Zach while G was at Pre. Typical town loop, I added in an out and back on Tollgate for a little work.

Road Bike (Trainer) 21:06 [3]

Quickie trainer spin before heading in to work. First 5 mins easy, then 2 mins high aerobic (210), 2 mins easy. Tough getting rides in; I'll have to wake H up to wrangle the kids while I spin or start bringing the bike and trainer to work. Might see if I can bump to a 0930 start, but that means getting off later. *sigh*

4 times through.

Making sure I get something in before the last hurrah at work. If it's mellow, I'll see if I can squeeze in a flop or paddle.

Easy across the dam at work before suiting up.

Walked 5 to start, jogged the middle 30, then walked 5 to cool down. One bathroom stop at fisherman's lot. Seeing 8 min miles, which is good for fat dad status.
