Picked up the cadence with the pull buoy the stroke "clicked" and it just felt like flying. That's "it", that's "the stroke" for me.

Walked 5, jogged 5 down to the track, then 3 x 8 tempo (174-180) with 2 min "static recoveries. Seeing 6:20's to 6:40's. Hell yeah. Garmin keeps resetting the dates on my workouts to the current date. LAME.
