MMM with Cutthroat, Taco-C and Thibididdy. Kicked it up a little at the end (in celebration of not feeling sick) and therefore gave myself a "4" on the intensity scale.

In other news, my legs look as if I tried to force Rosie to cuddle with me.

Tucson orienteering club meet that Taco-C set and Cutthroat ran. After being attacked at registration, I ran the brown course... good times, though I totally should have done better than I did -- spent 23 minutes finding a control that I set the day before. Oops. But, still finished second overall (first individual).

The house is (even more) full of orienteering things, and after so reorganization and enchiladas, we will celebrate a successful meet and National Pie Day with, of course, pie.

Went out to help Taco-C and Cutthroat set controls for a local meet tomorrow at Cat Mountain.
