Spinning 15:00 [2]
Just want to remind my legs they work, and my knees how they are supposed to feel.
The running as been mostly good, but my hips in particular have been hurting after. Rolling out seems to help, but I think mixing in spinning/biking would be a good idea, especially while my body gets used to the impact of running again.

I'm thinking I should try to set up a general schedule for my working out. I played with the idea of crossfit again, now that it's dark so early, but I do think the running thing will be more sustainable, long-term.
I'm not going to be rigid on times/distances (well, 15-min minimum to count), but just getting out to do something each day:
M: spin + lift
T: run / walk
W: spin +lift / rest
R: run / walk
F: spin + lift / rest (whichever I didn't do on W)
S: run ("long")
S: run / walk ("long")
Trying for 3+ miles for the weekend runs, and probably just a mile or two before work or at lunch on the T/R runs.
