A longer run round uni. Maybe a bit faster than i should've been running for this session at some places.
Legs felt a bit achy before and afterwards but did some streching so feel fine now.

Dont think I was running hard enough, will try keeping an avg hr 175 bpm next time instead of 170. And adding five mins.

But felt good, except for my feet.. Starting to find my way around uni a bit more now. (y)
