Shortened long distance, quite a bit of running today as well but it was fun. Only made some small mistakes, quite happy

Pretty easy terrain and lots of running because of the amounts of paths. Nice day out though, fun! No big mistakes really but since it was quite easy, just running to the wrong side of a knoll felt like a mistake

Much nicer than last time. Lactic acid whenever running uphill and legs felt tired from intervals last night and quite a big training week. But it was a nice run!
