Ran the A course, not feeling too bad but not good either. Focused on my orienteering which seemed to pay off. The only real mistake was to the finish haha.

Feeling proper shit today. Slept until 11.30 but still felt tired and drained. Have had head aches pretty much all week but getting worse now.
