Feeling a bit tired from yesterday. Didn’t orienteer particulars well and made some mistakes. Still not too far behind which was good

Kungsholmen runt 10k
Not been feeling very good recently and have had some big races. Didn’t feel great this morning either but ok.

Was a bit nervous and didn’t know what to expect but set off running with some girls. The first 3k was pretty fast, I got dropped by the girls and overtaken by a lot of men. Halfway I picked up a bit and I could see the girls ahead. Managed to catch up and get away at 7k and had to work pretty hard the last kilometres. Finished with a new pb which was nice

Not been feeling very good the last couple of days but a lot happier after this run! Didn’t feel particularly good running but it was nice to get out.
Along the water and a bit more on the way back. Strides every 5 mins
