9km + 6 km loop from the summerhouse. Ran with Josh the first loop, then on my own. Felt much better today. Ran a bit faster some bits and it was nice running fast and not feeling shit

Came with Josh to Stockholm University and ran on the naturpasset controls whilst he took his class.

Been feeling terrible today. Felt very tired and weak in the beginning of the run, it got a little bit better towards the end.
