Bumped into what I found out was a park run at the sports centre and new uni! Good to know for next time!

Didn’t feel good warming up and it made me feel a bit conscious and negative going into the race. Orienteering wasn’t great either and I made some silly mistakes

Round the south end of the lake, home through Ågesta. Wasn’t planning on running that long but it was so nice and felt alright so went the longer way
