Mårtensdrätt, training on Göran's new map.
Very nice area and enjoyed it very much until I twisted my ankle just after the third control. Could keep going but very rocky and not ideal for a wobbly ankle. Cut it short in the end because I was struggling to concentrate on the orienteering
