Horrific 4 min mistake to the first control, to busy thinking I should've taken the other route.... after that I ran pretty well and I'm happy with the rest of my race

Have done a fair bit of training so legs didn't feel too fresh. Goal was to do 40 but realised that wasn't happening pretty soon. Josh paced me from 3k which was great but just didn't have it in me today
