Note

Training fail, ended up working late last night and missing the gym. Working today also (12.5 hours) but thinking of heading to the Munster League in Tramore tomorrow. I enjoyed the O in the sand dunes at Kilmore Quay earlier this year.

Actual time 5:38. Run in the Galtees with MatthewB and DavidB. Nice manageable pace. We went the route of the IMRA race from Cush to Galtybeg to Galtymore, then continued on along the wall to Lyracappul and onwards to Temple Hill. Out and back. Smashing day for it but tiring. Probably the last long run before the Mourne Skyline in 2 weeks. Legs still lacking bounce but no injuries to report.
