- prepare myself for another 30 in 30 over the next two weeks by ramping up the run sessions as well as the weights
- continue reading 'running within' in an effort to reduce the chance of another dreaded burnout
>>Mid term (next 3 months)
- institute a solid warm-up, cool-down routine
- complete the 30 in 30
- get my nutrition back on track
