Beautiful day and perfect snow. My skate technique needs a little help but had fun!

Smith run...felt kinda horrible. No energy for the climbs (or even the flats!). I think skiing was a harder effort than I thought. Beautiful, sunny day helped boost spirits.

Night run on the canal road...nice place to run for flat tempo workouts and you don't have to deal with cars :)

Nice workout...legs, and core and maybe a bit too much upper body (arms feel drunk)

Treadmill workout: hill climb @9:40 pace and 7.5% incline. Had to modify length and incline...could only "deal" with about 30 minutes of the actual workout (15 minutes involved the warm-up). Feeling very tired today.
