Shoulder, biceps and triceps- many pushups and other arm exercises.

Hill Intervals 45:00 [3] 3.0 mi (15:00 / mi)
shoes: Nike frees

I tried to do the hill interval workout and couldn't make it. I did 5 one minute intervals of 8% and 8:15 minutes per mile and I was wiped out. I had warmed up for 15 minutes and just couldnt' catch my breath. I finished with 20 minutes of walking at 4.2 and 8% incline.
