TM- Hill interval. 15 minute warmup, then 30 minutes 9:40 miles at 8%. After 3 minutes, I wasn't sure I could make it 5 minutes, but I stayed relaxed and strong and made it the whole time without stopping or getting off. 15 minutes cooldown.

Leg weights - squats, lunges, calf raises, hamstring and leg extensions.
